报告摘要:  本研究的目标是为建成太阳能驱动的高效吸附式空调示范系统,提高太阳能空调的日运行时间,最大限度地减少系统的电力消耗。着重硅胶-水高效吸附式制冷机的研制,以及制冷机与太阳能集热器结合的变工况优化运行。采用了硅胶和换热器整体固化技术强化吸附床的传热,并保证在低压下吸附床仍然具有良好的传质特性,从而减少循环时间,提高单位时间循环吸附量。同时确定硅胶固化的配比及工艺流程,形成了具有实用性的系列固化硅胶。研制出结构紧凑的,无泵驱动的升膜蒸发器,用以小型吸附式制冷机。研制出高效的复合吸附剂,使其具有较低的解吸温度,并提高单位吸附剂的吸附量。确定了复合吸附剂的配比及工艺,形成实用化产品。优化系统流程,在同样的传热条件下尽可能减少冷热媒流体的流量与压头,从而尽可能减少电能的消耗,提高系统运行的电力COP。开发出5-20kW的高效的太阳能驱动冷水机组,完成机组的设计、加工、制造与调试,在此基础上建成了相应的示范工程;进行了该系统夏季工况测试与试验研究。针对太阳能变热热源特性,研究吸附式空调系统的运行控制特性。本研究采用模型仿真、理论计算与实验验证、实验修正相结合的方法开展研究工作。研制出小型高效硅胶-水吸附式冷水机组,进行太阳能集热器的动态运行特性测试,在此基础上进行太阳能硅胶-水吸附式空调系统的联合运行实验,并在此基础上进行了系统运行优化。通过大量的理论和实验研究,归纳出太阳能硅胶-水吸附式空调系统的一般特性,提炼出基本参数和运行优化规律,为规模化制造和应用提供依据。通过分析计算,提出太阳能硅胶-水吸附式空调系统的系列配置方案。
  This research is conducted to develop an efficient solar adsorption air-conditioning demonstration system, to extend the running time of solar air-conditioning system in a day and to reduce the system power consumption as much as possible. It is focus on the development of the high effect silica gel - water adsorption refrigerator and the optimal operation of the refrigerator combined with solar collectors. The heat transfer of the adsorbent bed is enhanced by integral curing technique between the silica gel and the heat exchanger. Moreover, the mass transfer of the adsorbent bed is ensured at a low pressure thus the circulation time is reduced and the adsorbing capacity per unit of time is enhanced. A compact climbing film evaporator without driven pump has been developed for small capacity adsorption refrigerator. Efficient composite adsorbent with a lower desorption temperature has been developed to improve the adsorbing capacity per unit of adsorbent. The proportion and the craftsmanship of the composite adsorbent have been determined and practical products have been produced. The system has been optimized and the flow rates and the pressures of the cold and hot streams are reduced as much as possible under the same conditions of heat transfer. Thus, the power consumption is reduced and the electrical COP of the system is enhanced. A series of solar driven adsorption chiller with 5-20 kW cooling capacities have been developed. The design, fabrication and debugging have been carried out and the corresponding demonstration project on this basis have built. The experimental test of the system has been carried out under summer conditions. The operational control features of the adsorption air-conditioning system have been studied in view of the solar hot source characteristics. An efficient silica gel- water adsorption chiller has been developed and the dynamic characteristic test combined with solar collectors has been carried out. The general characteristics of the solar silica gel- water adsorption air-conditioning system have been concluded with a lot of theoretical and experimental researches. The fundamental parameters and the optimized operating laws have been determined to provide basis for large-scale manufacturing and application.
