报告摘要:  研究以DNA病毒和RNA病毒为研究对象,通过研究病毒引发炎症的反应,发现其共性或规律;以病毒非编码RNA为研究对象,探索其参与调控炎症反应的机制;探索病毒感染导致炎症反应的生物学效应;初步阐明病毒蛋白与宿主蛋白相互作用对干扰素信号通路的调控网络及其调控机理。 研究分离鉴定了一批新的细胞炎症因子;初步揭示病毒蛋白和核酸调控炎症的作用新机制;初步阐明非编码RNA在炎症反应中的作用机制;初步明确病毒感染导致炎症反应的生物学效应;初步提出病毒感染导致炎症的网络调控模型。
  This study focuses on the following aspects: revelation of the commonness or pattern underlying the inflammatory response caused by viral infection; exploration of the regulatory mechanism of inflammatory response by viral non-coding RNAs; searching for the biological effect of the inflammatory response caused by viral infection; preliminary illustration of the regulatory network and its underlying mechanism of interferon signal pathway by the interaction between viral proteins and host cell proteins. The contributions of this study are as follows: isolation and identification of a batch of new inflammatory cytokines; preliminary revelation of the new regulatory mechanism of inflammation by viral proteins or viral nucleic acids; preliminary illustration of the mode of action of non-coding RNAs in inflammatory response; preliminary clarification of the biological effect of the inflammatory response caused by viral infection; preliminarily proposed model of regulatory network of inflammation by viral infection. Our group always sticks to the research target and research mission of this project, and has preliminarily achieved a batch of periodic progresses and results, which is a good foundation for further research.
